These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User") and linker Team ("linker", "we", "us", "our"). By installing, authorising, or using linker, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Scope of Service
linker delivers configurable server utilities, message-handling capabilities, and moderation assistance within supported platforms. Features and availability may evolve at the linker Team's discretion.
- Server configuration and feature flags
- Message-related tools and moderation helpers
- Operational controls and logging
3. Eligibility
You represent that you meet applicable age, legal and platform requirements to use the Service. If you act on behalf of an organization, you warrant you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
4. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
Users must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Using the Service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities
- Bypassing security or rate-limiting controls
- Impersonation or misrepresentation
- Transmission of malware, spam, or harmful content
5. Permissions, Administration & Server Control
Server administrators grant the bot the permissions required to operate. Administrators are responsible for configuring permissions correctly and for informing members about feature usage.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, its code, designs and trademarks remain the exclusive property of linker Team or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service consistent with these Terms.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". linker Team disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Aggregate direct liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount paid to linker in the prior 12 months (if any)
9. Termination
linker Team may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or other legitimate business reasons. You may terminate your use by removing the Service. Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, liability, governing law) remain effective.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which linker Team operates. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
